Wild and Rustic is a Bristol based street food company, with a passion for venison and game. We source a renowned range of handmade venison sausages and burgers using wild deer from Dorset. We work with local suppliers in the Bristol area to source the freshest ingredients and adding wild and rustic twists to our creative seasonal menus. Expect things big, juicy and full of flavour

We have a banqueting dining area at our production kitchen, which can fit up to 12 people if you're looking to throw a dinner party or a birthday bash. Looking for an experienced self-employed chef to work at our fast paced street food branch in Bristol. We serve high burgers and fries.

Clean driving licence is required. You will be working on your own doing 50-100 covers so experience of working in a fast paced environment is essential, and also being physically fit as you will be lifting heavy equipment and to setting up the stall on your own.

Training and support will be provided from our Bristol manager as you will be running also aspects of the stall from on site set up, food preparation, running the grill and fryer section, assembling burgers, taking card payments and clean down. Competitive rates of pay and percentage of profits if minimum units are sold. We believe in keeping our staff happy and if this is something you would like to do full time, franchise options are available to the right candidates.
