So in case you’ve forgotten, I’m doing a 2 weekend residency at KITCHEN BY KASK] starting from next Thursday!
What you might not have heard is that the menu is going to be 100% gluten-free!
I’ve had countless people ask me over the last year or so whether I can do gluten-free and I’ve been reluctant to say yes as I’ve struggled to get the perfect gluten-free crust. After some experimentation, I think I’ve perfected it (with some help and taste testing from my lovely celiac kitchen-mate Lance at .uk ).
Those of you who are keen to come, but aren’t gluten-free, don’t you worry… it’s still the same Peckers fried chicken (hence why it’s taken me so london to do gluten-free, I didn’t want to compromise my crust without getting it 100%).
I’ll release the menu shortly but expect lots of new sides, sauces, and even some (rice-crispy) panko coated halloumi.
Also… vegans, you’ll also be catered for of course!
