This is what you get when you mix some of the world’s most talented c***r & perry producers with passionate and loyal enthusiasts that have travelled from all corners of the country — all sprinkled with a bit of Bristol magic. Is it perfection? We think so.

C***r wizard Adam Goldman-Armstrong is joining Branch C***r for an exclusive collaboration and tap takeover with lip smacking craft c***r pouring all night!

Adam founded the legendary C***r Riot! in Portland, Oregon, helping pioneer the US craft c***r movement. He later moved to Norway to lend his expertise to the award-winning c***ry Alde Sider. He is recognised as one of the very best new wave c***r makers out there — so please, don’t miss out on this one! 🍻

This year, the pleasure of our taste buds and satisfaction of our stomachs are once again in the safe hands of connoisseurs Two Trees C***r & Perry who will be presenting:

🍩 C***r donuts, fresh and homemade

🥖 Sourdough from Landrace Bakery

Two Trees C***r & Perry are an independent culinary specialist based in Frome. Run by Brett St Clair, they curate locally-oriented menus and supply fine c***rs and perries at events and markets. You can catch them in action at the next Shepton Mallet Sunday Market — and of course NEXT Saturday at Trinity Bristol!

Hey Bristol, this one’s local! We’re thrilled to announce that one and only Branch C***r will be pouring at this year’s Bristol C***r Salon…

Branch is Bristol’s resident craft c***r maker, founded by Ed Gibson (founder The Apple) with a mission to shake up the industry. Ed and the team draw inspiration from craft b**r and modern winemaking to produce bold, characterful c***rs just a stone’s throw from the city.

Their ethos is all about keeping things real: everything local, nothing artificial, and an absolute respect for West Country apples and Bristol culture.

We couldn’t be happier to have such a cool, home-grown company join us at the Salon this year. Come by, meet the team, and taste proper Bristol craft c***r in the making! 🥂

Announcing another Bristol C***r Salon newcomer! Give a warm welcome to Cidrerie de Reillon - G.Jac.. Created in 2020 by Grégoire, the c***ry is located in Lorraine, north-eastern France.

Grég produces terroir-driven c***rs, perries, and fruit co-ferments inspired by the old traditions of the region. These are lovingly made with hand-harvested local apple varieties. Characteristically mid to high acidity and subtle tannins give freshness and complexity to his cuvées.

Co-ferments enhance this elegant base, with mirabelle, quetsche plum, cherries, quince, and homemade honey.

As you would expect, Grég uses only natural yeasts during both (tank and bottle) fermentations and no additives.

Come and meet him and our other producers pouring their very best selection on August 15.

(A Meetup group will be happening for anyone who wants to tag along and meet other fine c***r and perry lovers.)

Want to make a whole weekend of it? We couldn’t have C***r Supper (Friday August 14) followed by the Salon (Saturday August 15) and not have you entertained on the Sunday could we 🙄😉

Our good friends Wild West C***r & W**e - online shop, tours and meeting space will be wrapping things up on Sunday August 16 with a family-friendly outdoor gig. All afternoon, legends SP3 will be playing contemporary folk, blues, and roots that everyone will enjoy. Wile away the hours on hay bales, soaking up the beautiful surroundings of Failand Farm, filling up on local street food, and of course enjoying c***r, perries, and wines from the hosts Wild West C***r.
