Hi all.

It is with a huge amount of sadness that we announce that Smak is going into hibernation.

An unexpected change in circumstances and a worsening economic climate mean it has become impossible for us to continue.

We would firstly like to thank all our friends and family for their support but in particular Hilary and Jen who gave up so much of their time to help with prep and at the markets.

A huge shout out to our amazing suppliers , , and for their incredible produce.

Also a massive thank you and respect to the Bristol Street Food community.  What an incredible bunch of human beings.  Your words of advice and encouragement meant the world.

Lastly and most importantly thank you to all the lovely customers who bought our food.  We've gone from trialling our dishes online, to doing full blown supper clubs, to street food markets and tap rooms and have  finished up on a high catering for the Birstol Zoo staff leaving party and a UoB Open Day.  So many wonderful memories and it was all our customers who made it all worthwhile.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
