Hey you lovely lot, it’s been a while 👋🏼

We’ve been very quiet on here of late, and it’s all because we fell crazy in love with a tiny little human who has totally and utterly consumed us!

Our beautiful little boy; Otto Blue surprised us earlier than expected (the hospital bag wasn’t even packed 🙈)and it’s safe to say we have been in a bit of a baby bubble.
For those of you that have children, I’m sure you will agree there is absolutely nothing that can prepare you for it!

So after 3 months of a constant cycle of feed, sleep, repeat, endless hours of rocking, white noise, p**p explosions, colic episodes, the never ending washing and sterilising…not to mention the sleepless nights, I thought I would try and get back to some sort of normality (as if life will ever be normal again!)

So I am happily responding to all your enquiries (albeit a little bit slower than normal) and still have lots of availability for 2022, so do please get in touch for a quote🥂

I’ve been a little quiet on here recently, as this third trimester has really got the better of me, and being heavily pregnant in this tropical heat is really not the one 🥵 I’ve spent most of my time with my hair in a messy top knot, trying to keep my huge swollen feet elevated (that can no longer fit into any of my shoes btw) and taking gaviscon like it’s going out of fashion!

But this gorgeous outdoor set up by my talented colleague Holly has certainly perked me up, and is giving me all of the Mediterranean feels. I’m suddenly transported to days gone by where I’m 2 stone lighter, worshipping this summer heat, wearing something super cool and slinky, wavy hair lusciously trailing down my back, with my signature red lip on, sipping on a refreshing lemon gin fizz and laughing uncontrollably with friends.

I mean what couple wouldn’t want this luxurious set up with a laid back feel on their big day!

BEAUTIFUL BACKDROPS

A backdrop such as an arch or moongate can really have a big impact. It provides a glorious focal point, and nicely frames the wedding couple as they say those all important I do’s. Not to mention it makes for some fabulous photos too.

We love using chiffon drapes to add a softer touch with a luxe feel, but the styling options are endless!

Flavour of the month 🌿

Today we had the pleasure of helping with a beautiful set up , we used our gorgeous sage green chiffon drapes, mixed with lots of fresh greenery and wild flowers.

Tomorrow will see us set up our first wedding of the year at the stunning and we couldn’t be more excited to be using sage green again…make sure you check out our stories for all of the behind the scenes!

All the pretties 💕

I’ve been a little quiet on here recently sorry, mainly due to being super busy and the fact that I am growing a little human in my tummy (which I am totally not prepared for by the way😬).
Being in the third trimester, it’s safe to say the tiredness is real 😴, helped along by the fact that the sun I was not so long ago complaining about, has now decided to show up, but is making it impossible for me to get any sleep! we even skipped the summer duvet and jumped straight from the 15 tog goose down to a flat white sheet, but here I am tossing and turning every 10 minutes with the biggest sausage shaped pillow you’ve ever seen in your life!

In other news, I also dropped my phone down the stairs last week as pregnancy seems to have turned me into a complete klutz too 🙈 It was pretty much dead, so naturally I felt like I’d lost my right arm and I was completely out of sync for a few days! At least it forced me to make that call to EE to sort out my long overdue upgrade, but is there anything quite worse than getting a new phone and trying a million times to transfer everything over from the “cloud”?

Amongst all the madness and mayhem recently, it’s my little baby bump (actually not so little now 😳) that keeps me going with every little movement and kick, reminding me that life really is the most precious gift and we are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for💕

Happy Bank Holiday ☀️

Last week was so busy, I can barely remember what day it is. My husband and I even forgot our wedding anniversary, and ended up celebrating with a last minute pizza takeaway and watching the friends reunion!

We have had an influx of enquiries, have done so many consultations and confirmed new bookings. We made a trip to the wholesaler and bought some new stock with and even squeezed in a visit to the beautiful

With such a busy work schedule, we still managed a bit of down time, and met up with family from Bristol and Wales who we hadn’t seen for 18 months, and it was just so lovely 🥰

It’s set to be another glorious day in the south west, so we intend on making the most of the rest of the bank holiday!

It’s said that when all restrictions are lifted on the 21st June 🤞🏽we will see a spirit and culture evolve much like that of the roaring twenties!
After almost a year and a half of confinement and constraints and making it through a pandemic, it’s easy to see why we are headed for the biggest party of the century!

On Wednesday’s we wear pink 🌸

How heavenly are these tablescapes! Pink is a colour that has always been popular for weddings and one that will stand the the test of time. At the moment dusty pink and pastels are proving to be a big hit and we are all for it.
