A teeny little update for you all

As many of you know, Ava & Co has been my baby for the last 3 years, I've literally poured blood, sweat and tears into making my little business thrive, and honestly it's done way better than I ever could've wished for - but it gets to a point, where you are staying up all hours in the night, replying to messages whilst in a hospital bed, unable to take a day off over the weekend without feeling immense guilt - it isn't what I wished for when I made my own business, the whole point was to be able to watch my daughter grow up without missing everything, and honestly I feel like I cannot pour 100% into her when I'm pouring almost everything I have into my business. Every single item is made and packaged by me, every message responded to by me, every post office run, in between nursery drop offs and pick ups (Sob story over)

So... after lots of thinking, I've decided to create another business (makes sense, right? as if one isn't draining enough!)
BUT, the plus side is it will mean that all children's items will be dedicated to one page, and I will only sell items that have a fast turnaround time, things that my husband can work on and manage when I'm busy focusing on Ava & Co (as he just isn't interested in applying hundreds of tiny pearls to champagne glasses aha, don't know why). Because ultimately the goal is to be able to run a business together, around our daughter and our family.

This will mean that I will be hugely scaling down the products available on Ava & Co - and this page will be dedicated to wedding items only. The items that I will be selling will have much faster turnaround times than the current 3-4 weeks (I literally want everything out the same day but that's impossible when running a business by yourself, I don't know how anyone does it!) So if you've now had your wedding and prefer to see kids stuff, we will have a separate page for that, and vice versa, if you purely want wedding stuff, it'll be all in one place. Smoother I hope!

I'd love to ask for you to drop our new page - Ava Kids & Co. a little follow/favourite on our facebook/etsy page whilst we get it up and running, and also if you could let us know what sort of items you'd like to see stocked. Champagne flutes will definitely be staying with Ava & Co, along with robes, tumblers etc, and then for the Kids page - things like seasonal items, clothing, prints, birthday stickers and décor, cold cups, back to school stuff etc.

I massively appreciate every single one of you, I wouldn't be able to do any of this without you all.
