**Salary:** Competitive.
Starting salary from £13.70ph negotiable based on experience.
Smart Appearance Essential.
Bank Holiday enhancement.
Paid Every Monday straight after the weekend shifts.
None of this waiting weeks for payment with other companies.
If you work a Friday/Saturday, you get paid 2-3 days later on the Monday.
This is an opportunity to take home £120-£140 a shift.

**Job Description:**
Limitless Security Ltd is seeking professional and reliable Door Supervisors to join our team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons and staff, maintaining a welcoming environment, and managing access to our venues. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- These shifts are 11 - 12 hours long 12:00 midday - 23:00 possibly 00:00 midnight.
There are some shorter hours available.
- Good standard of fitness as long hours are spent on your feet.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Meet, Greet & Welcome people.
- Checking ID’s of patrons entering the venue.
- Monitor the behaviour of patrons to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Handle conflicts and incidents in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with management and other security staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce the venue's policies and procedures.
- Ability to write out an incident report would be desirable.
- Conduct regular security checks throughout the venue.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or security incidents.
**Requirements:**
- Valid Door Supervisor license (SIA).
- Smart and Tidy appearance is Essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as training and guidance will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
