I want to say something about this order:
Firstly I am human, and like all businesses big and small, I make mistakes, Iβve made 2 large mistakes in 5 yearsβ¦.i delivered balloons to the wrong venue and got the wrong date for a lovely customerβs buffet.
I think about those things daily, and they make my stomach turn each time. Why? Because Iβm human but I care.
A lovely customer came to me today in tears, because she had been let down last minute, and her deposit not returned.
Those 2 events I mentioned made me feel so distraught because I know how important peoples event are to them, and because I knew other businesses would take up the slack last minute.
Making a mistake is completely different to letting people down, ignoring and not returning the deposit.
It makes small businesses look awful and makes people think twice about ordering.
Me and The Light Up Letter Company provided lights and balloons today but the customer was sick with worry.
I hope the lady has a lovely evening and can relax now and we have shown her that we are not all the same β€οΈ
