HAVE BEEN ASKED BEFORE AND AM HAPPY TO NOW SAY I AM OFFERING GIFT VOUCHERS FOR PRIVATE DINING.

Available for any amount of courses and for any amount of guests. Great present for someone for a birthday, anniversary or any other celebration.

I offer menus from 3 - 6 courses, starting at £50 per person. This includes all the food and preparation. For parties of over 8 people I include a waiting member to help with service of food and drinks. All vouchers normally come with a 6 month expiry date.

Great dinner party location for yesterday! Fantastic clients who opted for a 3 course menu for 6 guests.

Starter of gin cured salmon with homemade linseed and oat soda bread and pickled cucumber.

Main of fillet steak with dauphinoise, carrot puree and a rich peppercorn and red wine sauce.

Dessert of apple tart tatin with miso caramel and vanilla ice cream.

1st dinner party of 2022! Lovely group of people in the Cotswolds.
They chose my 4 course menu and it went down a treat!

1. Peanut butter mousse with tempered chocolate and raspberry sorbet.
2. Vegan mango parfait with mango coulis and coconut crumble
3. Gin and Beetroot cured gravadlax with horseradish and pickled cucumber
4. Salt baked Beetroot with vegan feta mousse and cucumber

A few fantastic parties recently. Here are a few pictures from them!

Can't believe the lovely weather we're having at the moment the perfect accompaniment to eating outside with your friends or inside for an intinate6 family dinner and enjoying some delicious food.

Easter Treat Box has landed!

Available to order now, limited boxes available.

All homemade including the chocolate shells!

Each box contains 3 x half eggs filled with a variety of flavourings!

1) Milk chocolate shell filled with salted caramel sauce and marshmallows!

2) Dark chocolate shell filled with white chocolate cheesecake and freeze dried raspberries!

3) White chocolate shell filled with milk chocolate mousse and popcorn!

Served with a scattering of baby chocolate eggs too!

The box is priced at £15 and is a great treat for a loved one or friend this Easter!

Happy Mothers Day!

That was a super busy but super exciting weekend!

Over 50 afternoon teas served to my amazing customers all over Bristol, including some gluten free boxes!

Couldn't have done it without some amazing creative help from - you have her to thank for the amazing box designs and keeping me organised!

A mouthwatering selection of delights including :
Strawberry and vanilla marshmallows
Dark chocolate truffles
Vanilla and raspberry panna cottas
Apple frangipane tart
Lemon meringue cupcake with lemon curd
Selection of sandwiches
Scones with homemade raspberry jam and clotted cream

Thanks also to for producing the scones for me, which helped massively on saving time, they were delicious!

Now onto planning Easter boxes, details will be out shortly!
