You're in wedding planning phasr and ou’ve got 17 tabs open.
Insurance.
First dance songs.
Table plan panic.
Your aunt wants to bring her dodgy new boyfriend.
The venue has emailed about sound restrictions.
Your partner sighs and says, “Can we just leave it for tonight?”
And suddenly, it does not feel like a wedding.
It feels like crowd control in a nice outfit.
But here is the bit couples miss.
Wedding planning stress does not always disappear when the day arrives.
If you spend months training your brain to scan for problems, it can still be scanning on the actual day.
Who is late?
What is next?
Have we spoken to everyone?
Is everything running on time?
That is how a beautiful day becomes a blur.
After 10 years in weddings, my biggest advice is this:
Before you add anything else to the plan, ask:
Will this help us feel the day, or just manage it?
I made a free 15 minute Wedding Presence Reset to help you come back to the bit that actually lasts.
The people.
The feeling.
The tiny moments no spreadsheet can create.
Comment **RESET** and I’ll send it to you ❤️
