We took a trip to York to visit Yorkshire Barn and came away with some Pasta La Vista advice from their talented Owner/Chef and lots of goodies!

If you’re ever in the Murton Park area we’d highly recommend a visit to the café and the Park in general - we spent ages walking around the museum and reenactment grounds!

We did a bit of experimenting this weekend after our deliveries and want to know your opinion .....

Should lasagne be on the menu?

We made it using the homemade ragu from our bolognaise pots, added in layers of lasagne sheets, with mozzarella and homemade white sauce.

We may be biased but we'd happily eat it every day! It's so tasty! 😍
