Another one of the SEAL kits we offer is this full combat load you would expect to see them wearing on deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan between in the early 2000s. The Navy seals are part of the special forces community so you would see a lot of personal customization in their uniforms and equipment. This is basically a Tri Color Camouflage BDU set with what is known as the RAID modification where the front lower pockets are removed and added to the sleeves for easier access. This style of kit was seen in the popular movie ‘Lone survivor’ depicting operation red wings in 2005.

The M43 uniform was first test in 1943 in Italy however due to supply issues did not see major use until late 44. The most recognizable piece of this uniform is the M43 Jacket which was used with various different trouser configurations besides the M43 trousers. The set was also issued to the airborne units whose riggers would add their own large leg pockets to the trousers for extra storage. Used up until the 50s this set saw a lot of use in combat and paved the way for many different armies who would later adopt the same jacket.

During the second world war the allied forces were made up of many different countries. When D-day saw the Invasion of France it wasn’t just the US and British that sent soldiers over the channels but many other countries as well. One of these were the Canadians. Here we see the standard uniform worn by a Canadian paratrooper. Their Kit was very similar to that of the British army with a few distinctive differences. These included things like Battle dress material, uniform color and insignia (chest wings, yellow shoulder slip) etc. We can cater to all these changes to ensure that the Canadian paratroopers are correctly represented in your production.

Here is the 3rd in our series showing the uniforms used in 1993. This covers a grenadiers kit in the 75th rangers . The m203 gr***de launcher adds a whole new level of firepower to the soldier on the ground and this m203 vest allows the user to carry plenty of 40mm ammunition. Although this series of posts only shows what was used in Black hawk down we make sure that we have the same variety of accessories for every uniform type we offer.

The 1980s into the 1990s was a busy period for the US Navy SEALS seeing operations all around the globe including Grenada, Panama and Iraq. This Woodland look you see here is typical for that which was worn in Panama and Grenada. The SEALS really honed their skills and put them to good use during this time making them an integral part of the US Special forces capability.

First Designed in 2001 MARPAT was created to give the United States Marine Corp its own easily recognizable uniform. The camouflage was first introduced from 2002 and is still in service today. It can also come in the woodland camouflage version. The camouflage is very effective and the official version contains the small eagle globe and anchor dotted throughout the camouflage print itself. It is officially patented to give the USMC sole use and show the enemy who is coming after them.
