We’re handing the room over to Haze ( Haze ) for a night of deep listening, warped frequencies & full sensory immersion. Submerge yourself in the drift with this thoughtful line-up:

Kirano ( Kirano ) exists at the intersection of rhythmic movement, uncanny visuals, and off-kilter vibrations, leaning abstract to near-ugly: the product of true, unadulterated expression. He brings intricate soundscapes obscured behind broken beats and engulfing grooves, formulating a sound that moves through the darker fringes of a myriad of genres. For this set, he’ll take a more downtempo approach, allowing the space between the rhythms to breathe and the darker, more immersive elements of his sound to come forward.

ᴰᴶ ᴹᴱᴳᴬᶠᴬᵁᴺᴬ 🕊️ ( ᴰᴶ ᴹᴱᴳᴬᶠᴬᵁᴺᴬ 🕊 ) is the mutli-genre alias of visual artist Sean Rossiter. Seeking out the uncanny, the unresolved, and the alien, they cut through swathes of sultry downtempo, lush ambient, and deep riverbed bass to build a path through their dreamscapes you can follow.

João (sibi-lo ; 𖦹 sibi-lo 𖦹 (João) ) crafts sets that move fluidly between hypnotic techno, deep trance, atmospheric leftfield, and immersive ambient worlds. Drawing on ideas of ritual, landscape, and collective movement, he approaches dancefloors as temporary sanctuaries — spaces for deep listening, connection, and shared experience.

As co-curator of Q***r Future Club and a Kiosk Radio resident, she crafts an electrifying sound that blends acid, techno, trance, UK hardcore, and Detroit-inspired intensity.

A producer, keyboardist, DJ, and sound engineer, Azo’s live performances are euphoric, emotionally charged, and packed with unstoppable energy.

Welcome back to Out and Out where we explore Bristol’s nightlife through a q***r and intersectional lens.

In this third episode we will be discussing how to nurture our collective memory with two guests: Andy and Tom Marshman.

Andy works as a LGBT+ culture journalist for 4 years, and has recently become the LGBT+ Editor for Bristol24/7. He has written for publications including Attitude Magazine, and runs an independent LGBT+ journalism platform ‘Show Me The Gays’ ( )

Tom is a local performer and writer who has been in the Bristol Q***r scene for decades. Their work explores q***r memory, community storytelling, and embodied performance practices rooted in lived experience and local histories.
He is currently writing a memoir that focuses on gentrification in Bristol, the experiences of young q***r people in the 1990s, and the ways the city has gradually lost some of its grit and underground spirit. He was also recently honoured as a Bristol Legend at the 24/7 Legends Awards.

Happy Birthday, Q***rky family!
Once again, we came together and danced the dance.

This felt like such a huge milestone for all of us, a real return to what brought Q***rky to life in the first place. We’re so proud of each and every one of you, and of ourselves, for the connections we’ve built and the memories we’ve created together.

Over the past half decade, Q***rky has grown into what it is today and you are the heart of it all.

So, we’d love for you to share something about Q***rky. It could be a story, a memory, how Q***rky makes you feel, a sensory moment, a poem... Anything you like there are no wrong answers! And don’t worry any contribution you make can remain anonymous if you wish it so.
