Very excited to be coming to Manchester very soon to perform and teach some flexibility workshops! 💜
I'll be teaching two workshops Sunday 5th November at the wonderful GFFdamian Dance Studio . These flexibility workshops are perfect to support your dance and circus disciplines!
Splits Splits Splits! 12 - 1.30pm
Safe Backbends! 1.45 - 3.15pm
No previous flexibility or gymnastic experience required! These workshops are suitable for total beginners as well as those who already have a background in flexibility training. Both workshops will include a warmup, conditioning exercises, deep stretching, partner drills and cool down.
