Connection ✨💖 Who felt it?
We were so lucky to have the amazing .francesca hold a connection space at our launch event.
She guided us through breath-work, body tapping, shaking, moving and grounding. It was just magic and got everyone into our bodies and out of our heads.
The aim was to encourage us all to feel totally free and liberated in the space. I think it was perfect.
