If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know we announced our closure in November. After a huge response, we then decided to stay open and explore some other options.
After weighing out the pros and cons, we have decided the best thing to do in this current climate is close our store.
We don’t need to go into every detail, but please know this wasn’t an easy decision for us to make. If you own a physical shop that you put your all into, you will know how we are feeling 😞
The most important thing for us right now is to make sure our current brides are looked after and for them to know we aren’t vanishing.
If you are one of our brides and you haven’t received an email, please email us so we can give you all of the details!
Our last trading day is pencilled in for Saturday 18th February, unless we sell the rest of our stock before then. (which is likely!)
For any questions or enquiries, please email. Coming to the shop to speak to us will not be beneficial as we won’t be able to give you our full attention as we will be busy with appointments. We would also like to keep a paper trail of everything so nothing is forgotten.
Please understand that we do have a lot of brides and there is just one person replying to all of the emails and running the store, so I know you will have lots of questions, but please be patient with us for the next couple of weeks, we are truly doing our best.
Thank you so much for the support over the years and I’m sure when the current climate irons itself out, we will be back!
For now… if you’ve followed us since the beginning or have met me personally in store, you’ll know I’ve also been a photographer and videographer for 10+ years - I will be putting my energy back into this as I absolutely love to be creative and capture the memories! In due course, our socials will be Veils & Vows Photography & Videography 😊 website coming soon!
