Place settings and wild flowers make for a wonderful wedding weekend past. I love the calm before the guests arrive. When everything is set beautifully and ready to wow them on arrival. Then slowly the day unfolds with much laughter and lots of hard work from our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Let’s just say this serene scene is fleeting and one that unravels in a wonderful way through the day.

Night time scenes of wedding dreams last night at in Sussex. A stunning setting for a fun filled wedding with fantastic food from and lots of dancing to celebrate a much awaited wedding delayed times over by the past years events. It was great to see family and friends having fun and celebrating together again. The season is in full swing for us.

The work is predominantly waiting & bar work at lovely weddings & parties in & around Sussex. When you say gin bar we say , a major bulk of the good stuff to make special gin based cocktails for a Sussex based party. Good gin needs great tonic. Drinks enjoyed by all the guests. Tonic as a soft drink is also a fab option.

We arrive in all sorts of spectacular settings at this time of year and last weekend was no exception. Based at the foot of the South Downs was a large family hoe down theme party set on a large farm in the cattle sheds. This was the gin & fever tree bar being tested before the party really started. Gin was flowing and the guests were dancing. All round a great night was had with fantastic drinks mixed only with the best,

Every year we work a large event for Lancing college with more than 30 staff attending to their leavers ball. It’s a fantastic affair with a three course dinner, celebrations all around and fireworks to top it all off. It’s always enjoyable to work at and a great opportunity to bring a number of our team to work together to ensure a fantastic event for all involved. This was the fish main course last year, I wonder what will be on the menu this time around ...
