We're happy to announce that Mission Transmission (Previously known as Transmit Festival) is back bigger than ever with a Double Stage ALL DAYER at The Hope & Ruin, Brighton on November 12th!

We're proud to announce that we've expanded our event into a double stage venue and with that we're looking forward to putting on a great day with even more variety!

Application Deadlines are on 30th June and looking forward to seeing what you've all got!

FESTIVAL IS BACK!!!!

To Celebrate Pride Month we're happy to announce that we're back bigger than ever with an All Dayer, Double Stage Festival at on 12th November! We've also decided to "Transition" our name to "Mission Transmission Festival"

The Festival Started with the founder Alice Manor, being fed up of not seeing Trans Folk in the Rock & Metal Scene and since then has grown even bigger!!!

On top of this we've decided to become a network for promoters in the UK to promote Trans Friendly Shows! Make sure to follow us for more info and updates!!!

was one of the first transgender performers to establish themselves as Brighton’s alternative drag scene began to emerge. She became known for her eye catching pvc outfits, and her energetic performances of classic rock songs.

During her career she has campaigned for more trans representation in the cabaret circuit, and for awareness of LGBTQ+ mental health issues. She’s performed on an array of stages such as the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, The Glory, and even the main stage of Sparkle Manchester. Recently she became a resident at one of Brighton’s upcoming cabaret nights, The Guinea Club, taking place monthly at Shortts music bar.

She’s looking forward to flooding the stage of Transmit special with some high energy old school rock.

Brighton-based are a chamber-pop band combining elements of folk, punk, indie and classical music. Key members Piper Murray (guitar and vocals) Robin Squirrell (cello and vocals) and Nick Williams (synths and vocals) create layered harmonies, intricate arrangements and powerful melodies alongside sharp, witty and observant lyrics. Over the years they've been gaining recognition on the UK scene having played venues such as The Garage, ULU, Ronnie Scott's, The Hope & Ruin, Komedia, Green Door Store and the Concorde 2. They have also embarked on two Ireland tours and most recently a Scotland and Northern England tour with indie legends The Wedding Present. They released their first two singles "Dream House" and "Sugar" in 2021 which were launched at a sold-out headline show at St Nicholas' Church in Brighton
