Wow, wow, wow. Yesterday was a day to remember for us. Parked up at the 23rd Mile Marker of Marathon Events we cheered on and supported thousands of runners through to the finish line. There was laughter, there were tears, there was And we were joined by some very special guests in the Bug: Social media sensation DJ AG - known for his incredible street DJ'ing in Brixton & Jamaica and 1million + social media following - really brought the vibes. Footballer John Barnes came and delivered a rap to those lucky enough to be running past at that time. And particular thanks to and batteries for supporting us too. On a personal level, we couldn't get over how amazing the atmosphere was, and totally understand the hype. Huge congratulations to every single person who ran and supported. We feel truly inspired and can't wait for the 2026 run! Were you there?

Brighton was alive this weekend, and thats an understatement!

Hottest day on record ☀️☀️ and tens of thousands gathered to participate and cheer on the incredible 26 miles of pain & joy - yes the Brighton Marathon Weekend 🏅

We loved playing our part, keeping it local, The Bug Club is Brighton based in fact the whole business is born out of the sunshine coast.

We love it when our events are local – especially when they’re just a pebble’s throw away! 🏖️

Tails.com – the unique and natural dog food brand – hired out one of our Bugs through Sketch Events Agency, bringing tasty treats to the pups of Brighton & Hove.

Our Bug was perfectly positioned on the beach, serving up seaside snacks to puppy passers-by, with The Bug Club’s founder Justin and his beautiful dog 'Moo' even stopping by to join in the fun!

Last year the Disco Bug brought the energy to the Marylebone Summer Festival, turning the streets into a buzzing celebration with music, dancing, and a fully branded setup. Here’s what the team had to say about working with us:

Motorway x The Bug Club 🎧

Last year, we had the pleasure of teaming up with Motorway to bring their corporate party to life with a custom Discobug DJ Van at Brighton's prestigious Grand Hotel Brighton. Wrapped in Motorway’s branding and equipped with a killer sound system, the Discobug set the tone for an unforgettable night of music, dancing, and connection, collaborating with local production experts Reveries Events.

Our day started with an early load-in as the team carefully positioned the Discobug into centre stage. With the help of our Brand-a-Bug partners, the van was vinyl-wrapped in Motorway’s branding, turning it into a fully customised showstopper ready for DJ Dirty Harry to take the reigns!

Last night's 'Miracle on Leake street' went OFF!!! 🎅🏻🎄✨A dream hatched 3 years ago - power of thinking BIG - as Lucky Voice karaoke crew joined forces with us to deliver a magical festive 'sing your hearts out' under the arches of Waterloo, London, all in aid of raising money for local charities, bringing the community together and smashing the 'Merry' into Christmas!
