Brighton based festival-within-a-festival since 2012 that hosts comedy, theatre, cabaret, music, and family shows.

Our festival site is always free to enter, so pop down for a pint, grab some grub, or soak up a show with us. Our story

The Warren is a multi-venue festival hub designed, curated and managed by Brighton's favourite production team, Otherplace Brighton. For Brighton Fringe 2020 The Warren will return to Victoria Gardens. Housing six theatres, Festival Bar, Container Bar with rooftop terrace, delicious food stalls and family area The Den, The Warren is the only place to be throughout May. The Scrapyard will be making a come back for 2020 and once again will house Silent Disco, as well as being a hub for artists and audiences.
