Today’s little helpers came along on a tent set up 🌿⛺️

One of the best things about running a family business is being able to have our boys onsite with us, showing them first hand what hard work, teamwork and dedication look like. We want them to grow up understanding that the nice things in life don’t just appear you have to work for them, take pride in what you do and appreciate every opportunity along the way.

From helping carry bits and pieces to watching the tents come together, they absolutely loved being part of it all today. Moments like these make us so grateful for our family run business and the flexibility to create memories while building something we’re proud of together ❤️

Say hello to Gemma — our incredible Bell Tent Manager and one of the valued faces behind every Beau & Bell setup 🌿⛺️

From making sure every setup runs smoothly to ensuring each tent looks absolutely pristine, Gemma is a huge part of what makes the magic happen. Her attention to detail, calm nature and hard work never go unnoticed 💛.

When she’s not out on the field pitching tents, you’ll usually find her enjoying the great outdoors, exploring the countryside or taking a swim in the sea.

Fun Fact…. You will often find Gemma behind a tractor in the wintertime helping on vineyard and farms! Who said you can’t trust women drivers she is by far the most confident driver on our team! 👏
