✨ Trust the process… ✨

Sometimes the finished picture doesn’t happen overnight it’s built, piece by piece, with plenty of early mornings, late nights and a whole lot of hard work behind the scenes.

One of our sailcloth marquee jobs this year was a little further afield, so our lovely clients kindly offered our crew the chance to camp in some of our bell tents overnight. It meant the team could stay on site, get some well-earned rest, and be up bright and early to crack on with those all-important finishing touches.

And what a result… 🤍

It’s not often we get to see one of our sailcloth marquees come alive after dark, but watching the fairy lights sparkle beneath the canvas was such a beautiful moment. ✨

Every set-up we create is different. Every client has their own ideas, style and vision and that’s one of the things we love most about being a mobile events business.

From a blank space to something completely unique… trust the process. The final picture is always worth it. 🤍

Because it’s not all tipis, tents and spreadsheets behind the scenes… sometimes you’ve got to put the crew in the hot seat! 😂

We thought we’d get to know Ted a little better….

From setting up in the sunshine to battling the British weather, Ted is one of the faces helping make the magic happen behind the scenes at Beau & Bell. ⛺️

Thank you for all your hard work this season Ted, good luck with Uni!

✨ Ch*****ne, celebrations & a sailcloth setting made for memories ✨

What a beautiful wedding celebration last weekend under one of our two-pole sailcloth marquees 🤍

As the sun went down, the marquee came alive with twinkling lights, gorgeous styling and plenty of reasons to raise a glass! 🥂✨

We loved seeing our oak barrels given a new lease of life too, helping to create this fabulous ch*****ne stand, the perfect finishing touch for those celebratory moments. 🍾

We love how versatile our sailcloth marquees are. They provide the perfect blank canvas to make your wedding completely your own, from relaxed outdoor drinks to unforgettable evening celebrations.

And let’s be honest… a ch*****ne tower like this deserves its own moment! 🥂😍

✨ What an entrance… and what an event this is going to be! ✨

A long festoon-lit walkway creating that instant WOW factor as guests arrive, leading straight into two Giant Tipis set and ready for the celebrations. 🤍

Long tables, benches & chairs ready for a sit-down feast, a party space beneath the disco ball 🪩 and our 8m Bell Tent housing the circular bar alongside. 🥂

From the moment guests arrive to the moment the party starts, this setup has ALL the vibes.

We can’t wait to see this one in action! ✨
