Whisk Patissiere I am a London-trained pastry chef with over 15 years’ experience.

Based in Brighton, I produce a range of hand-crafted pastries, cakes, tarts and biscuits using quality ingredients for sale at farmer’s markets and fairs across Sussex. My products include bakewells, biscotti, brownies, caramel shortcakes, cheese straws, madeleines, meringues, tarts and scones.
