2 years 2 months 20 days later - we’ve hit a total of 500,000 laps turned here at VRROOM, thank you to everyone (13,647 drivers) who has taken part in even just one of those laps.

The next Team Endurance Race will be held at Mugello in Italy on Saturday 23rd August.

The 4 hour endurance race is open to teams of two, three or four drivers and contested in RSS (Race SIm Studio) GTM cars. You get to choose between Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Honda, AMG, Audi, BMW, Lexus and Ford GT3 race cars. Race Practice is now underway. You can come down any Wednesday or Thursday evening for special 2 hour sim sessions where our servers are setup as IRL (In Real Life) which means tyre wear and fuel burn is turned on. It’s an opportunity to try out the different cars available and see where your lap times feature on our leaderboard while enjoying a decent amount of track time to properly learn the track and squeeze out those extra few tenths of a second that can be illusive with shorter sessions.

The race is split into three class categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze) which means you do not need to be a seasoned ‘sim racer’ to compete. You will however benefit from attending a race practice session. Being five seconds slower than the fastest lap time simply means you’re a Bronze and not a Gold Driver. We have far more bronze license holders than we do Gold and many teams are made up of drivers with a mix of licenses.

Racing is the ultimate goal and the most enjoyable experience for everyone.. We are always keen to see new drivers and we regularly match up drivers with teams looking for team mates. Everyone enjoys the atmosphere and while we can’t all be winners, racing and developing your race skills is the ultimate test. It’s as close of many of us will ever get to going toe-to-toe on international tracks behind the wheel of a race prepped GT3 car. If you haven’t tried it, we highly recommend you give it a go.
