This week we were honoured to be presented with plaques by England Golf President-Elect Debbie Richards, recognising Elsham as an England Golf Championship Venue and celebrating our role in hosting the 2025 England Golf Boys’ County Final.

It’s a very prestigious recognition and a real testament to the hard work of our team and members. 🏆⛳

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making events like this such a success!

On the 30th June Elsham hosted a charity day for the Teenage Cancer Trust organised by Phil Parkin.

An incredible amount of £22.5k was raised with the help of former Premier League footballer Troy Deeney who shared this video of his day ⛳️🏌

Yesterday we held our second Open event of the 2025 season - The McGill Trophy (Mixed)

The course was in great condition and all the competitors thoroughly enjoyed their day.

Congratulations to our winner - Elaine Ducker and Michael Abrahamsen from Cottingham Parks Golf Club, who managed to hold off three other teams, who all scored 43 points, with a great back 9 performance. 🏆

Thank you to all those who supported the day and we look forward to seeing you in 2026

Congratulations to Elsham member Adam Barnard for securing his first World Amateur Ranking title this weekend with victory in the Danny Willett Salver. The 72 hole Championship is played over Worksop and Lindrick with Adam securing 1st place by 2 shots over fellow Lincolnshire golfer Levi Desmond.

All the hard work and years of dedication have paid off and there couldn’t be a more worthy Champion.

The win now secures Adam a World Ranking which should give him access to more Elite tournaments throughout the coming seasons!
