We are delighted to welcome Meadowsweet Flowers back to the estate this year for afternoon and evening wreath making courses on 8th & 9th December.

Using sustainably sourced materials, you will be skilfully guided through making your own unique, yuletide wreath.

There’ll be mulled w**e, mince pies and plenty of Christmas cheer at these popular sessions.

Our Sunday Roasts are back! Every Sunday at Symondsbury Kitchen

There’s nothing quite like a proper Sunday roast - and we think ours is one of the best around.

Think perfectly cooked meat, crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and our own recipe for the perfect gravy, all made with as much local and Estate-grown produce as we can.

And, of course, there are sumptuous puddings to follow… because Sunday lunch wouldn’t be complete without one!

Come for lunch, then take your time mooching around the shops and gallery, or walk it off with a stomp around our beautiful Estate trails.

Harvest Festival Supper at Symondsbury Estate

Fancy an evening of good food, great music and some really fun dancing?

Come and join us in our gorgeous 14th-century Tithe Barn for a proper celebration of the season. We’ll start with a welcome drink, then get our dancing shoes on for some country line dancing with Dan Waterman - no experience needed, just come ready to have a go!

Afterwards, settle in around the tables for a delicious two-course supper cooked by Julia Colfox, with venison, pumpkins and squash from the Dorset garden and a tasty apple pudding made with apples from the Symondsbury orchard.

It’s the kind of evening that’s all about good food, good company and having a bit of fun together.
