Flash back to the summer when we had the privilege of cooking for the amazing (fresh from her Glastonbury performance), and their lovely family.
A beaut of a birthday bash, nice food, lovely views and and amazing group of peeps.
We served up canapés followed by a banging big pan which was enjoyed by all!

So the start of May saw our last Supper Club until the Autumn. We went out with an absolute bang serving 70 diners at our newly extended Hungry Mule HQ.
It was quite a night!

We are sad to see it go but don’t fret, the pain is temporary as we will be back on October the 11th.
So get the date in your diaries, we are open for bookings now and if our last night was anything to go by, early booking will definitely be advised.

Steak and seafood night tomorrow and we still have tables…

Full menu is;

Canapés

Chorizo scotch egg, hollandaise, crispy sage
Arancini, semi dried tomato, aioli
Smoked salmon, crème fraiche, pickled cucumber

Seafood Platter

Pan fried scallops, chorizo and apple
Mussels in curry sauce
Smoked mackerel, papaya salad
King Prawn cocktail
Chilli bread, pickled veg salad

Main Course

Spiced beef sirloin, chilli lime glaze, roasted cauliflower, celeriac fritter, coconut jus, mango relish.
sweet potato wedges and greens

Dessert

Passion fruit cheesecake, mango coulis

A busy Big Pan weekend! Friday nights Supper club we served up paella and tapas, then on Saturday a big pan sharer for a dinner celebration.

Fri 5th April
Rib Shop Night, naughty canapés, big boards, big flavour, and cheesecake. Arrive hungry, bring your appetite and we’ll roll you out the door at closing time

Fri 19th April
Big Pan and small plates. Tasty canapés, tapas and paella served to the table. Citrus lemon posset tart to finish.

Fri 26th April
Canapes, epic seafood sharing boards to start, steak main course and something sweet from Mrs Mule to finish

Fri 3rd May
Our last Rib Shop Night. So come down for a feast.
