Not only a florist, I also grow a lot of plants for my cut flower garden. I’ve also had the pleasure for quite some years, doing the planters at the Ropemakers pub in Bridport. The landlords do such a fantastic job looking after them, once I’ve got them planted. Look how they’ve grown since April!

It’s been a busy week, 30 dahlia tubers and over 300 plants raised from seed planted.
Hopefully in a few weeks I will have locally grown cut flowers available for your flower orders.
The sweet Williams that were planted late last summer at the far end of the garden, are just starting to show colour.

On leaving school, I embraked on a full time 2 year course at Cannington College, Somerset. During this time I was fortunate to have a work placement in Washington D.C and got to see the floristry department at The White House. I qualified 2 years later with a National Diploma in Floristry.

Over the years I have worked in various florists, but now work solely for myself from a studio at home. With a large garden, I like to grow lots of seaonal flowers to use in my work, but also have access to flowers from all the world.

Happy to meet to discuss flower requirments in the comfort of your home at a time convenient to you.
