Today was one of those days when the cold weather really tested me! 🥶❤️

Standing at the market in the cold isn't always easy, but I always remind myself that ,every season has its own purpose, and every challenge teaches us something.🌸

A huge thank you to all the lovely people who came to support me at the market today, and to everyone who ordered takeaway afterwards. 🥰

You may think you're just buying a curry, a samosa or a little treat, but to me, it means so much more. ❤️

Running a small home-based business isn't always easy. There are long hours, tired feet, early mornings, worries and days when things don't go as planned.

But behind every meal I make, there's so much love, effort, hope and a little dream I'm trying to build. 🥹❤️

I truly believe that when you do something with love, honesty and passion, the universe finds little ways to support you. And for me, those little blessings are YOU — the wonderful people who keep showing up, encouraging me and believing in what I do.❤️

Some of you stop for a little chat, some come back every week, some recommend my food to others, and some send the kindest messages. You probably don't realise how much those little things mean to me.

I'm not running a big restaurant or a big chain .Just a little home kitchen, a lot of hard work and a heart full of dreams. 🏡❤️

And every single order helps keep that dream alive.

☀️ Happy Thursday, everyone!❤️

Today's breakfast turned into a proper filling brunch! 😋🥪

A busy cleaning day ahead, so I needed something to keep me going! 💪😂

Nothing fancy, just a quick, easy homemade sandwich packed with flavour! ❤️

🍗 Air-fried chicken fillets seasoned with my favourite masalas, along with some lovely caramelised onions.

🥗 Fresh, creamy filling made with grated cucumber, carrots, onions and Greek yoghurt.

🌶️ A few jalapeños for that little spicy kick!

🥪 All layered between slices of toasted wholewheat bread. Simple, delicious and so satisfying! 😍

Now that my tummy is happy, time to tackle the cleaning! 🧹😂

Sometimes you don't need anything fancy to make a delicious meal. Just a few simple ingredients and a little love! ❤️
