Our office is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9am and 3pm, On other days of the week we are usually on site at various venues with our clients.

How do we know we’re back to school? ☔️

With the new school year in full swing, and not ones to be dampened by a little rain, we are SO excited to get our our mini museum and our time travelling practitioners back on the road visiting schools up and down the county delivering our fantastic engaging interact history workshops.

From EYFS right the way up to KS2, and a wide range of historical topics out workshops are accesible, immersive and most of all FUN!

‘The Suitcase Storytellers Christmas Adventure’ coming to a school or hall near YOU very soon!

We are SO excited to announce after 2 years of SELL OUT Christmas touring shows, our Christmas tour for 2025 is now open to book!

Our suitcase storytellers have packed up their suitcases, got their woolly hats and scarves and snow boots, and are ready to take you and you and your school on a festive adventure like no other! Will you end up at the North Pole? At the bottom of a pile of presents? Half way down a chimney? Or at Elf training school? With our fabulous storytellers the adventure never stops, and this interactive immersive show with PLENTY of audience interaction and fun is the perfect festive treat bought straight to your school over the Christmas period!

Aimed at Primary school ages from 3-11 across the West Midlands & Shropshire, with multiple performance per venue available, take the stress out of trip planning and let our storytellers come to you!

When we land at your school, hall , community group or even a field in the middle of nowhere during the great British summer.. not only do our practitioners bring bags of energy, knowledge and bring history to life for your children, we bring our incredible mini museum of replica artefacts from your chosen era!

The best part?

Your children can be as hands on with all the artefacts, sensory exploration is key to our popular workshops and encourages your children’s learning, development and imaginations!

But maybe don’t encourage them to grab a weapon from our ‘ Danger Table’ ..we wouldn’t want any one losing a finger! That’s purely eyes only!

As we head into 2025, the ReachOut team will be taking a little break from sharing all our crazy and wonderful world on social media for a few months whilst we take the time to refresh, restructure and create some exciting new ReachOut projects that we will be sharing with you soon!

But fear not, behind the scenes we are still creating theatrical magic for our clients, offering our creative consultancy services and of course travelling up and down the country offering our ever popular and engaging educational workshops to schools big and small!

Did you know??? 🎭

Our Pantomime Tour gets the pleasure of heading to so many wonderful, welcoming settings, but, pair that with our great British winter being unpredictable with weather, illnesses and a whole host of other scenarios out of our control, we always strive to follow the theatre mantra ‘ The show must go on’ as best as we possibly can...So this is why we always rehearse our shows in various formats, including reduced cast size AND reduced scenery set up, so that we can always be prepared for anything that the world throws at us and our casts are ready to arrive at your school or setting performance ready!

🌟HAPPY NATIONAL PANTO DAY 2024 🌟

We love panto season....oh yes we do!

This year we are proud to have not 1 but 2 pantomimes,both written in house by our super team, out and about sharing the festive love for family theatre.

Our Red Riding Hood school panto tour is bringing hilarious antics to West Midlands settings over a 3 week run and our resident production of Jingle, Jangle and the Christmas Mystery is currently on performance 24 of 56 in our station theatre on the Severn Valley Railway.

Lots of love to our casts and crew and all those who have joined us in audiences this year so far...

Our Story

Founded in 2017, ReachOut Arts offer dance, drama, music, art and wellbeing support and facilitation to schools, community and corporate groups with a strong focus on building self confidence. ReachOut Arts aim is to offer high quality practitioners for your PPA cover, after school clubs, end of year performances, themed workshops, events or even show assemblies. Creating tailored packages to suit your theme, time frame, budget and learning outcomes. With over 30 years combined experience working in early years right through to adult education and training the ReachOut team are confident in creating and delivering programmes that match our ethos 'BUILDING CONFIDENCE CREATIVELY' We also specialise in Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) life coaching and mindfulness and have a variety of programmes based on this to suit your needs.

ReachOut School of Arts opened in March 2018 in Bridgnorth and Broseley offering Creative Theatre & Street Dance classes.

ReachOut Creative is our Event management and creative consultancy department offering creative support on a business to business basis.
