💗 A little honesty behind balloons 🎈
I want to share a little honesty about making balloon creations. Sharing the highs, the lows and the honest moments that come along with my journey.
I always pour my heart into every single order and use the best-quality products from a trade specialist supplier. But sometimes, life reminds us that things don’t always go perfectly. Things can go wrong — and this week I have experienced the very first time a bubble balloon I created has gone down overnight.
The moment my customer reached out, my heart honestly sank. I care so deeply about every order I create, so I immediately did my utmost to make things right.
✨ I replaced the balloon
✨ Dropped the replacement off personally
✨ Did everything I could to make sure they weren’t left disappointed on their daughter’s special day
✨ I really can’t thank them enough for coming straight to me and being so understanding ❤️
I’m so proud of the care I put into every order and how much I strive to get everything perfect. This experience reminded me why I do what I do.
