Good bye 2020 .... It has felt truly soooooo strange doing hardly any events this year and looking like next year isn't starting off very different. Pepper Pig 🐷 One of my set ups from yesterday 💕 It has been a super bust week, been going to bed past midnight most nights including when I did a night shift 🤪 on Tuesday! I am exhausted this week today is a day of rest well .. I say rest I mean no actual moving from my house required 😉

People ask me all the time how I work as a nurse, run my own business and have 3 children. The truth is, I don’t know how it happens it just does! sometimes it works well and sometimes it’s total and utter carnage but at the root of it all is teamwork, love and hard work!

For me it's really important to teach my children that working hard is super important but being there for eachother is even more important. I want to progress in my career and that's ok too! Me and lee support eachother and as long as there is support we will continue to work hard and be happy. Ps. I am a little bit of an organisation freak I think that helps somewhere along the way 🤪💕

So last night I told everyone something about me! I mentioned in my stories how my Instagram was going to change, well it is and that was part of the change! I set up an instagram for Willows and have learned over the past 2 years how it's such a small part of who I am, and I wanted my story to signify who I am, and show how I build upon my journey in life to create the next memory. I have so many experiences to share, so many memories to talk about and am nervous but excited to share them with everyone.

People always ask how I juggle being a mum of 3 children, working and having my own business and now I can talk about it and show everyone how, and the main thing I taught myself about is BALANCE.

My children are a huge part of my life. I've been a mum for 6 and a half years! It has flown by in the blink of an eye and I feel so lucky to be able to bring them up, and teach them how to be good people ###

12 hour shift done! 💫 so lots of people may have only just found out that I am in fact, by trade if you like a paediatric nurse!

I spent my New Years Day working with a lovely bunch of nurses and doctors and it was such a lovely day! I don't mind working new years day, I always find it a positive day where everyone greets each other with 'Happy new Year' and even though the children who had to stay in during new year are poorly I work my hardest to make it a happy day.

One of my main aims of every day I work is to walk around with a smile on my face, and always make my patients feel as at home as they can. Patient care is so important to me and something ingrained in me from my training, nothing makes you feel nicer than clean sheets ###
••
So whatever you did today I hope you had a very lovely New Years Day, and if you were working today I hope you feel as proud as I do walking back to my car tonight ###

2019 has been a busy but very lovely and happy year for us, Mila started big school, our honeymoon was amazing and we got to travel to a place in the world I never thought I'd see.

The children are growing beautifully and me and lee have had some changes to our working life that hopefully will be for the better of our family ♡

2020 I'm shaking things up again! With lots to do, our no.1 goal being to finish ALL the renovations left in our house. A little change is coming to my Instagram too (all will be revealed soon!)

I hope you too have had a lovely 2019, and if you havent truely wish 2020 brings everyone all the happiness they deserve, a new year, a new decade and a new opportunity for happiness

Merry christmas everyone! Love this picture so so much! Our 3 babies looking beautiful! And yes I know its christmas eve but today we had our christmas day! Sometimes you have to move things around to meet the needs of a family 😂 ... The kids had no idea! Woke up super surprised and full of christmas joy! We have spent the whole day playing and eating LOTS of food! So what ever and who ever you are spending christmas with I hope you have the most amazing time with your family celebrating ###x

My christmas decs have had so much love on my stories I thought they deserved a post of their own! So here is post no.1! My door decorations of 2019, and I made them all by myself, they are super easy (but take a lot of time) to do and I love seeing all of your creations too! See below for how I made my display ###

1. The wreath - the wreath and all products for the wreath I got from I literally chose my decs and used garden wire to tie them on! The lights are battery powered LEDs and they are from
♡♡♡

2. The Garland
▪︎ The green garland is again from ebay

▪︎ The decs are a range of bits I have collected over the years and also a fun trip to which is amazing for decs by the way! I also used the most beautiful sequin filled baubles available in 3 sizes from and they were doing 3 for 2 on all decs!

▪︎ I used the drain pipe to tie the bulk of the Garland too and then Lee put 2 small hooks in my bricks for the over arch I tied it to them with fishing wire

▪︎And then I just had FUN layering all the decs until I was happy with the finished product!
