🐴 Business Closure🐴

As announced in October last year we fully intended on re opening this year in April when the nicer weather arrived. We have, however, sadly decided that we will not be renewing our Council Licence this year and therefore will be ceasing to trade as a business with immediate effect.

It has not been an easy decision, but as well as for personal reasons, it really is a very challenging time for small businesses (especially within the equine industry) to thrive and continue to run.

We are extremely grateful to have been able to put smiles on so many faces with our amazing ponies and unicorns. We have made incredible memories and met some amazing people.

Our horses, ponies and unicorns will of course remain with us and enjoy a quieter life going forward.

We would like to thank everyone who has booked with us over the years and apologise to anyone waiting to make a booking for this year.

We will leave this page open and post updates for anyone wishing to see how the ponies are getting on.

Did someone order ice cream?!🍦😋

Today we had a special unicorn party with ice cream van included! 🚐

After meeting the lovely owner we are excited that this is something he is happy to provide for us as an add on to any of our parties! 🎉

We will be adding this to our our packages for next year so keep your eyes peeled for some yummy treats on those sunny (or even not so sunny) days! ☀️

It is with a heavy heart that we write to let all our lovely clients and friends know that we said our final goodbyes to our beloved Barney on Friday 💔

As many will remember, Barney was entrusted to us by his lovely owner Lucy two and a half years ago and has brought happiness to so many children in his time with us. He has been very much loved by everyone, especially Tilly and his loaners Emme & Elsie who have been left heartbroken by his loss.

Barney will be remembered as the kindest, sweetest gentleman in every way, the most vocal pony on the yard, and a sprightly, happy and fun little boy under saddle whom everyone adored. I’m sure there will be many who have their own special memories with Barney ❤️

He is now pain free, and I’m sure he was greeted by his old friends with a bellyful of sugary treats knowing how loved he was 🌈 🩵

It’s been pedicures all round for our ponies in the sunshine this week ☀️
Our farrier is the best and has been doing our horses and ponies for 12 years now, they’re so relaxed with him……they just fall asleep 😴 😂🥰

Happy 14th Birthday to Essex’ favourite Unicorn 🦄 Our handsome, sun worshipping little guy.

This pony has brought happiness to so many people old and young, and taken so many small jockeys on their first journey into learning to ride 🐎

I can imagine so many people have pictures of him on their phones and in their homes- it would be lovely if you could share your memories with us today 📷
