Friern Manor’s collaborations have been plentiful over the years, but none have moved the boundaries of expectations more than Martin Audio’s delivery of our new revolutionary DJ system.

Our brief was simple, we wanted a setup that would complement the classic yet contemporary décor in the Manor House and Conservatory by day, and as night falls, allow guests to immerse themselves into the London private member’s club nightlife scene.

Well, they have excelled, the new sound and lighting system does not disappoint, transforming the Lobby Bar, dance floor and conservatory into a fashionable London club destination.

The guest list of envy will enjoy a truly decadent night out with all that a modern club system has to offer because this astonishingly good set up allows guests in all locations to hear the music, and the quality is just superb. If you need a great sound experience, look no further, and the lighting system is outstanding too, high end, very flattering, not too harsh for sensitive eyes, and ideal for the music vibe.

As the temperatures have risen in the grounds of Friern Manor we welcomed a delivery from Paraflex, Belgium with our new sunshades for the South Lawns.

BBC One tonight, Dragons Den Thursday, February 27th, at 8pm, watch founders, Zak and James, pitch their kit medical Anaphylaxis Kitts to the dragons.

Friern Manor was proud to be an early day supporter of Zac and James, we have worked closely with Kitt Medical to become the first wedding venue in the country to install their emergency EpiPen kit, should the rare and unlikely event of an emergency occur. Our life saving anaphylaxis kit, along with our defibrillator, should provide some reassurance that we are committed to your safety.

Most British hospitality businesses do not have a defibrillator, despite the impact the device has on cardiac arrest survival rates, according to a recent report by Doc UK. In addition, none currently support EpiPens for those who may suffer the effects of anaphylaxis, a severe life-threatening allergic reaction. With the many visitors Friern Manor welcome each year, and minded of those who may have pre-existing heart conditions, or allergies which may cause anaphylaxis, we have taken a proactive stance to try to protect those individual guests that visit.
