Coming to Bredhurst Village Hall - taster class Tuesday 27th May

Special introductory offer for the new venue at Bredhurst Village Hall!

I'll be running a special taster classes on Tuesday 27th May, giving you the chance to come along and see what TinyTalk is all about before commiting to the term.

During the class we will learn a handful of BSL signs, have plenty of fun singing your little ones favourite nursery rhymes and songs, as well as a hands-on activity. We will end the session with social time, so plenty of free play for the little ones, with drinks and biscuits for the bigger ones!

CCTV images have been issued after a break-in at a village store near .

It is alleged cash and ci******es were stolen during the burglary which happened at the Detling Community Store and Post Office.

Entrance was forced to the Pilgrim Way premises during the early hours of Monday 10 April, after a glass door was smashed.

Investigating officers have been carrying out house-to-house enquires and forensic analysis of the crime scene. They are now publishing images of a man they wish to identify and speak to.

Anyone with information which may assist the investigation should contact the west Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/64418/23.

What a time we currently live in...

Just as we come out of the overriding uncertainty of Brexit, another cloud of anxiety, tension and uncertainty hovers directly above us in the Coronavirus situation.

As part of the local community, it’s a very unnerving time for everyone, one where we’re trying to stay positive whilst obviously realising the seriousness of the situation.

We pride ourselves in the highest health safety & standards and continue in being as vigilant as humanly possible with sanitising and cleanliness across the hall.

As we continue to watch cautiously the upcoming events and how everything unfolds, we’re hoping that the situation is a short blip rather than a long term nightmare.

The hall is open as usual and we will continue to follow the government and experts advise.
