On Wednesday 3rd December, during Grief Awareness week Brecon & District Mind are hosting an event for professionals, volunteers, families and carers that centres around understanding grief.

On Wednesday 3rd December, during Grief Awareness week, we're hosting an event at Kensington Church, Brecon, for professionals, volunteers, families and carers that centres around understanding grief.

The day will look like this;
• 1.30pm-2.30pm: Gethin Amoss – An Introduction to Grief: Supporting yourself and others through one of life’s most natural and difficult experiences
• 2.30pm–3pm: refreshments
• 3pm–4pm: Powys Teaching Health Board Postvention Team – When Someone Takes Their Own Life: Services, support, and what happens next
• 4–430pm: Open Q&A and reflections

And there will be a comment & suggestion box available throughout the day.
