Whole smoked ducks on the barbecue! Absolutely delicious! We confit them whole in their own fat for 12 hours then finish them on the barbecue for three hours! Fall off the bone tender and bursting with flavour l! 👨‍🍳🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿☀️🔥
