Its official, the trailer is sold and noticeably gone from its spot. I was not expecting it to happen this quickly but it has and its now time to move to the next challenge. The whole experience of setting up my own business and the trailer has been an eye opener and massive learning curve, but hugely rewarding and something I am glad and proud I did.

While the trailer is gone the business remains, just veering off in a different direction. And the plus side….. I wont smell of bacon and burgers anymore 🙄😂

Huge thank you to all who supported and visited the trailer since opening. It has meant the world to me ❤️ it’s going to be strange not seeing many of your faces daily, laughing, listening to your stories, meeting your pets. I will miss it all.
Not a goodbye but a see you all very soon.

We are currently closed due to sickness but hoping to be back open very soon.
We all made it through the longest month of the year. Hope you all had a great new years and started 2024 with a bang 💥

Open today for you guys and girls frantically running around christmas shopping. We have had a manic week so stock is low meaning I get a bonus day off tomorrow if we sell out today.

We will be open this evening for the start of the tractor run for those planning to watch them leave the market. Closing once we run out of stock or the crowds have all gone.

Today is slow cooked pork, stuffing, pigs in blankets, apple sauce and gravy.

We have a lot of demand for these next week for end of year christmas lunches/ treats.
For orders over 5 people, please try to order via messenger, in advance to avoid disappointment. Larger work force orders 24 hours before so we can ensure we have enough and it’s ready on time. We can specifically make for your company any day next week if you order in advance.

Festive fully loaded Hot turkey rolls were a hit today. As promised I got a picture 🤤
These rolls are huge, its like a roast dinner with out the veg or potato, all in a roll and warm!

They will be back on the van tomorrow for Fridays specials
