Let us take your taste buds to vibrant delights of Mediterranean this week.

All served with Spanish style stock cooked potatoes, roasted peach, feta and rocket salad and tomato salad with burrata & basil with crusty sourdough bread.

We are serving stunning slow cooked pork joint, cooked until melt in the mouth with smoked chorizo. Served with a fragrant homemade chimichurri sauce with red wine vinegar, parsley and chili to cut through the richness of the pork.

Or enjoy a succulent chicken breast supreme with smoked chorizo. Served with a fragrant homemade chimichurri sauce with red wine vinegar, parsley and chili and chickpeas.

A succulent fillet of pan-fried cod will be served on a bed of spinach and dressed with smokey pimenton, toasted pine nuts and plump raisins.

Vegetarian guests can enjoy a Spanish style Empanada, filled with wilted spinach, pine nuts, sheep’s milk cheese and raisins.

This week we have a real street food bun celebration.

Our melt in the mouth pork is gently cooked for 12 hours in our 2 Gold Star Tennessee BBQ sauce which is tangy, sweet & smoky to perfectly enhance the tender pork.

Or select our spicy pulled chicken, with slow cooked chicken thighs in a Smokey chipotle BBQ sauce.

For our vegetarian guests we have crispy grilled halloumi lavished with our award-winning sauce.

Our fish option this week is a mixed seafood burger, with mixed white fish, mackerel and prawns plus fresh herbs and served with a lovely fresh herb & lemon mayonnaise.

All Served with stock cooked herby Bulgar wheat with pomegranates & mint, Moroccan slaw, smokey muhammara (red pepper dip) with flatbreads.

Let us transport your taste buds to the wonderful world of Thailand this week...

Our spicy and fragrant Thai green curry paste is combined with slow cooked free-range beef and enhanced with the richness of creamy coconut milk for a truly delicious curry.

Our take on the classic and popular Chicken Massaman curry with homemade curry paste, succulent chicken, Thai basil, peanuts, and potatoes.

The mouth tingling southern sea bass curry is made with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and Thai birds eye chili’s with amazing seabass fillets fresh from Billingsgate’s Market (may contain bones).

Our vegetarian guests can enjoy mixed Asian vegetables and tofu in our massaman curry sauce.

All complimented with fragrant coconut rice enhanced with galangal, lemon grass & lime and a refreshing papaya & tomato salad. Dublicious Delivers – April 10th – A Taste of Vietnam

It seems a very long time ago now since we enjoyed the sights & sounds of Southern Vietnam. From the millions of mopeds of Ho Chi Min City, the tranquil green hills of Da Lat to the vast waters and little villages along the Mekong. This week we want to bring you some of the tastes we loved from this stunning country.

All dishes are served with a coconut & kaffir lime rice, homemade Vietnamese spring rolls, ‘morning glory greens’ and a crisp & refreshing Vietnamese salad.

Our Southern Beef Pho brings succulent slow cook beef with fresh Asian herbs, a rich beef broth, lemongrass and egg noodles for a delightful heartwarming dish.

Our chicken main is tender chicken supreme cooked with coconut milk and honey. Fresh herbs compliment this sweet and aromatic dish.

Our vegetarian main is an aromatic coconut-based curry packed with eggplant, tofu, Asian vegetables with garlic, ginger and coriander.
