Guys go over and support Miso Retro Games. If you can't get there go online and grab a bargain. I did last night! Can't wait to show you what I got and wishing Luke at Miso so much luck for the future of Miso Retro Games 🎮🕹👾
🚨 BIG NEWS FROM MISO RETRO GAMES! 🚨
After an amazing few years, the time has come for us to say goodbye to Barleylands. ❤️🎮
Our Barleylands store will officially close its doors on Sunday 18th October 2026 as Miso Retro Games prepares for its next chapter.
We’ve genuinely loved our time here. Barleylands gave us the opportunity to take Miso Retro Games from an online business into a physical store, meet thousands of fellow gamers and collectors, and grow the business into what it is today.
But all good things eventually move on — and we’re excited for bigger and better things ahead! 🚀
Miso Retro Games is NOT disappearing.
We’ll be continuing online while we work on our relocation and future plans. We’re keeping the details of what comes next under wraps for now, but we’ll share more when the time is right. 👀
And to mark the end of our Barleylands chapter, from TOMORROW we’re launching our:
🔥 BARLEYLANDS CLOSING SALE – 20% OFF EVERYTHING IN STORE! 🔥
That means 20% OFF our huge selection of games, consoles, accessories and collectibles right across the shop.
⚠️ A couple of important exceptions:
• Pre-priced bundles are excluded from the 20% discount.
• Store credit can still be redeemed, but purchases made using store credit will be charged at the normal full price.
🌐 THE SALE IS ONLINE TOO!
From MIDNIGHT TONIGHT, use code:
🎟️ CLOSEDOWN
at checkout to receive 20% OFF eligible items on our website.
The sale will run as we count down to our final day at Barleylands on Sunday 18th October.
And with just over three weeks to go…
👀 THE GOOD STUFF WILL GO FIRST!
So if there’s a particular game, console or collectible you’ve had your eye on, now is the time to grab it.
Most importantly, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Miso Retro Games during our time at Barleylands — whether you’ve bought from us, traded with us, recommended us to someone or just popped in for a chat. ❤️
We’ve made some brilliant memories here and will always be grateful for the part Barleylands has played in the Miso Retro Games story.
This is the end of our Barleylands chapter — not the end of Miso Retro Games.
🎮 We’re continuing online.
📦 We’re working on what comes next.
🚀 And we’re looking forward to bigger and better things.
