With a whole variety of spaces, it is an excellent space to get some work done, meet your friends, and celebrate with food and cocktails/mocktails until late. Our venues continue to be award-winning. We’ve got 100% in Best Bar None and our department has pioneered the way for the University's Fairtrade Accreditation. Whether you’re a student, live in Bradford or further away, you’re welcome to join us in coming together over our love of great music and unforgettable experiences.

Summer Closure

SC02 will be closed for the summer break from Friday 8th May 2026 and will reopen in September. Brew & Co Kitchen, BelowOne and all social spaces will not be accessible during the summer break.

This week, SC02 is home to some of this year’s RAG Events in aid of andysmanclubuk.

Andy’s Man Club was founded in 2016 in Halifax after the su***de of 23-year-old Andrew “Andy” Roberts. His family, particularly his mother Elaine Roberts and brother-in-law Luke Ambler (a Bradford Hon Grad) were shocked to discover how much he had been struggling without anyone realising, which highlighted the wider issue of men not opening up about their mental health. In response, they brought together a small group of nine men in a room with a simple goal: to talk honestly about what they were going through. That first meeting sparked what has since grown into a nationwide movement, built around breaking stigma, encouraging conversation, and creating a safe, non-clinical space where men can support each other.
