What started as an idea whilst planning our own wedding is growing into something we could never have imagined. From building our first games, attending wedding fayres, and travelling across the country to weddings, every step has been made possible by the amazing couples who have trusted us to be part of their special day.

This van isn't just a vehicle to us - it's another step forward in our journey.

Last weekend we had the pleasure of setting up both our Luxury Darts Wall and Luxury Table Tennis at the stunning West Tower 🤍

Seeing the two setups together always reminds us why we started Weddings By The Simpsons. They create natural gathering points throughout the evening, bringing guests together, sparking friendly competition and creating moments that people remember long after the wedding day is over.

Our Luxury Darts Wall looked right at home within the venue’s elegant surroundings, while the Table Tennis kept guests entertained throughout the evening with rally after rally.

Hours will vary depending on events but these will be regular shifts throughout the week aswell as weekends.

🎯 A slightly different setup for us at Nunsmere Hall... and one we absolutely loved.

Instead of being placed in the main reception space, our Luxury Darts Wall was set up in the groom and groomsmen's preparation room before the ceremony.

It turned out to be the perfect way to keep everyone entertained, settle any pre-wedding nerves, and create some brilliant memories before the big moment arrived.

The best part? The games don't have to be reserved just for the evening reception. Whether it's during bridal preparations, groom prep, cocktail hour, or throughout the evening celebrations, they can be positioned wherever works best for your day and your venue.

Looking for an even safer option? We can swap out our traditional steel tip darts for soft tip darts at your request! Our soft tip darts are designed with plastic tips to reduce the risk of injury, without losing any of the fun 🎯

💥 Let’s bust some common myths about soft tip darts…

❌ “They don’t throw as well as steel tip darts”
➡️ They absolutely do! They stick into the board just the same. You might notice a tiny wobble, but they’re secure and play just as well.

❌ “They’re only for beginners”
➡️ Not true! Soft tip darts are played at a high level, especially in leagues and tournaments across Asia and the U.S.

❌ “They’re less accurate”
➡️ Accuracy comes down to the player, not the tip. Although… after a few wedding drinks, we can’t guarantee your aim 🍾😄

❌ “They break all the time”
➡️ Modern soft tips are much more durable. Like all darts equipment, parts can wear over time, but at WBTS we always check everything thoroughly and make sure they’re in top condition so your guests can just enjoy the game!
