How amazing is this cake! 😍

This family met Saphira a few months prior to the party and decided to model their birthday cake after her! They even got her little black heart marking absolutely spot on 🖤

(Not only did the cake look fantastic, but it also tasted delicious!)

We did it! 🥳

Today we had the inspection to renew our animal activities license, and we’re pleased to say that we passed with flying colours!
This means that we’re set for another 3 years of delivering our wonderful encounters and sharing our amazing animals with the fabulous people of Yorkshire and beyond!

We’ve celebrated with a relaxing day to ourselves, and polished things off with a takeaway for dinner before tomorrow’s school visit in Wakefield 🐾

These 3 snails are our Archachatina Marginata O***s, a species of giant African land snails 🐌

You can see that when they arrived with us (5 months ago) they were a good size, but since then they have grown so much!

They need names before we can add them to our encounters teams, so any suggestions would be amazing 🤩

We recently indulged in a box of silkworms for our predatory animals, here’s one of our mantis tucking in!
Mantis are often overlooked as a predator, but just look at the spikes on her raptorial legs as she uses her strong mandibles to chew her way through her dinner! 🐛

While Josh is busy with today’s parties, Vicky is attending the Yorkshire scouts networking event, showcasing our wonderful encounters for group leaders from all across the county 🍀

We’ve recently had lots of enquiries asking about where we’ll be during the October half-term 🎃

We’ve now updated our website to show all of the details for our upcoming events! 🍂

For any ticketed events - you can make your bookings with the respective venues 👻

Parties, schools, country shows, or anything else! Our fully licensed exotic animal experiences are tailored to every event.

🌟 September Highlights! 🌟

Everyone is back in the swing of every day life now, with memories of summer fondly in our minds. We’ve had another busy a month filled with school visits, parties, care homes, and displays 🦔
We’ve completed our deep cleans ready for the coming winter, and while Josh enjoyed a week away in Krakow we’ve settled into life as horse-owners! 🐴

It’s now coming up to our 3 year anniversary which means that our license is up for renewal, with our inspection already booked in for October! We’re keeping our fingers crossed for another pass with flying colours, and another 3 years (at least) of delivering our amazing encounters 🐍

What a great way to round off a wonderful weekend of encounters! 🍰

We certainly don’t expect to be fed when we visit your parties, but we must admit that we LOVE IT when we’re offered some cake 🧁
