And just like that, we’ve reached the very last day of fresh flowers for 2026! 💐

The changing seasons and cooler weather have finally caught up with the flower plot, and the flowers (and I!) are ready for a well-earned rest.

It’s been such a lovely season, and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s bought a bunch, visited the flower stand or supported my little flower business in any way.

If you fancy one last bunch of locally grown flowers before I pack away my snips for the winter, you’ll find them at the Coffee Girl today until midday, outside Bradford on Avon train station.

Just a little heads-up that phone signal can be a bit patchy down by the station, so you might want to bring some cash as a backup!

I think there are probably only two or three weeks left of fresh flowers for me this season 🌸

The flowers are tired. I’m tired. And if I’m honest, I think we’re all quite ready for a rest 😂

But what a busy, wonderful season it’s been.

This little flower business has grown so much this year. At times it’s felt completely overwhelming trying to grow the flowers, keep up with everything and figure it all out as I go.

But then I remember that not very long ago, this was exactly what I was hoping for.

More flowers. More people buying them. More weddings. More opportunities. More of Cicely Flowers finding its way out into the world.

So yes, I’m tired. And yes, I’m overwhelmed sometimes. But what a lovely reason to be both 🤍

A few more weeks of fresh flowers, and then I think the flowers and I have earned a little rest.
