🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
It is with great sadness that we are announcing with immediate effect we are no longer taking any balloon orders.
As many of you know, we started L&J Balloons as a side business a few years ago and we all work full time jobs. As a result of our successes we’ve been so busy that we’re missing out on our kids growing up. Many of you will understand that the events industry is predominantly evenings and weekends meaning that the valuable time we get with our children when they’re not at school is being taken up wholly now with creating amazing events for our customers. We absolutely love creating amazing displays for all your events, but the time has come where we need to prioritise our own family.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly as it’s taken so much to get to where we are now, and we believe that is testament to the values we set out with - purely to make our customers events as special as possible, no matter the budget.
We have supported many charities and community events since we started, this was only possibly due to your continued support for our small business.
Along our journey with L&J balloons, we have made some lifelong friends, some of you would see these friends as our competitors, we saw it as an opportunity to help each other out and share customers we couldn’t fit into the diary along with sharing of props, stock and ideas to really make sure every event was as magical as it could be. For our friends in the balloon community - we are truly grateful for everything.
