Tonight, we had the pleasure of cooking for a lovely family having a weekend break in the stunning Cotswold Water Park.

We pride ourselves on taking the most humble of dishes to the next level, accompanied by friendly, relaxed service.

This was our delicious Thai style cod fishcake with radicchio, petite herbs, soy dressing, basil emulsion finished with fresh diced cucumber to cut through.

tonights client is a big fan of Green Giant sweetcorn, so when he booked us for dinner, we had to incorporate it into his bespoke menu.

So, Jack worked his magic and created this stunning canapé for them as a surprise extra!

Sweetcorn purée with saffron and cumin, sweet pastry case, togarahsi and purple radish leaf.

Further information:
👨‍🍳 Our amazing chef will consult with you as to the menu options before the event so we can ensure you will be happy with the dinner served.
🥗 We will provide all food but will need to be able to cook in your kitchen please.
👏 Full waiter service will be included, and we promise to leave your kitchen sparkly clean with all the washing up put away.
🏡 We can go to any location (within the Cotswolds).
📸 We will want to take lots of photos at your dinner party so you must be willing to have your pictures shared on social media.
🥂 Drinks will not be provided - but we will happily keep your glasses topped up!
