Have you always dreamt of being a princess or a hero? Well now you could be… We are looking for 3 new Children’s Entertainers to join our team!
We are hiring lookalikes for the following characters:
MALE: Captain America and Spiderman
FEMALE: Moana and Mirabel
FEMALE: Tiana and Asha
All costumes, equipment, and training will be provided!
£25 per hour, Casual 0 hour contract, allowing you full flexibility.
Responsibilities
* Providing engaging entertainment that may include singing along to music, simple dancing, storytelling, parties, and other interactive activities.
* Interacting in character and building rapport with a group of children and parents.
* Holding the attention of children for up to 2 hours, following a set party plan.
* Working as part of a team. Events may include solo and/or groups of characters.
* Maintain a professional appearance and remaining in character while at parties and events.
* Ensuring the safety of both yourself and children throughout events and parties.
* Handling costumes and wigs with care, wearing them for up to 2 hours at both indoor and outdoor locations (for male performers this may include a face covering).
Essential requirements
* Weekend availability.
* A passion for working with children.
* Excellent communication and interaction skills.
* Confident to sing along to Disney songs.
* UK driving licence with own vehicle or ability to make own way to events.
* Aged between 18-35
Desirable qualities:
* Previous experience in singing or performance arts.
* Experience working or interacting with children.
* Knowledge of characters back story and/or willingness to learn.
* Lives in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, or surrounding areas.
