🌟Why We Started Mindful Moments🌟

Mindful Moments was created by our family team, led by a Registered Mental Health Nurse, with a passion for promoting wellbeing through creative and therapeutic activities and self.

We believe that introducing therapeutic activities from an early age can help children, young people, and adults develop positive coping skills, confidence, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing.

We also recognise that everyone is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing.

Our journey then took on an even deeper meaning when our 2 year old grandson contracted meningitis. This life-changing experience inspired us to begin fundraising for the Southampton Paediatric Intensive Care Unit and to support local critically ill children and their families.

Today, Mindful Moments combines creativity, wellbeing, community, and raising funds by providing safe and welcoming spaces where people can connect, create, and make mindful moments together while helping us give back to causes that are very close to our hearts while not costing a fortune. 💚

Welcome to the SPLAT ZONE — a creative, hands-on messy play experience where kids can paint, splat, explore, and go completely wild in a safe space made just for them.

It’s fun, sensory, and perfect for letting them burn off energy while creating something unforgettable.
