✨IMPORTANT NOTICE✨
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you all to this very special edition of the New Forest Fairy Festival in just under 4 weeks time but before we do please take a look at the information below:
1.Our office is experiencing a high influx of telephone calls and emails, Our efficient team are here to help you but please be aware wait times are high and we are working as quickly as possible through emails - Please only email and phone us if absolutely necessary, You can find a huge amount of information regards the festival on our website.
2. We have had a huge amount of ticket holders asking to transfer their tickets from one day to the next, We try to accommodate where we can but unfortunately as of 14/07/2026 we will no longer be able to transfer tickets. Please make sure when purchasing your tickets they are for the right day.
3. We now only have 30 carer tickets left before we hit our capped amount , we love to be able to make this festival accessible to everybody but if you do need a carer ticket then your application must be done before the 21/07/2026 please note that if we have reached the amount then the date above will be voided so it’s advisable to do your application at your very earliest of convenience . If you have already applied then these will be processed in batches.
4. Our tickets are now extremely low so it is advisable for any of our guests who want to visit the New Forest Fairy Festival to purchase a ticket, This is your only guarantee of entry.
5. All our workshops, demonstrations and activities are all included in your ticket price which means you can interact into the ones you want to do. You do not have to pre book these sessions. All workshops are drop in sessions with schedule boards outside each venue. A downloadable schedule will be made available from the website from the 4th August.
6. The car park at the festival is situated at North Park and is charged by the land owner separately to the festival. This is charged at £5 per car, please make sure you have cash as there is no card terminal at the carpark facility.
Both car parks will be signposted.
7. We advise all guests to park in the designated carpark - North Park who are visiting the festival. This parking facility is stewarded for the duration of the festival.
8. Please do make sure you bring cash to the festival, Signal is not always reliant and many of our exhibitors do not have card terminals onsite. Don't miss out on that beautiful purchase!
9. Your fury friends are all welcome, however we do ask that if weather is warm that you consider leaving them at home.
10. We want you to enjoy your day with us , the amazing crew of the New Forest Fairy Festival are on hand to assist you if you should need it. Please do give them a wave 👋 a smile 😃 they work incredibly hard and your kindness goes along way ✨
