Tanya is a Bournemouth-based counsellor offering a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, and other challenges. She provides both in-person and online counselling, with in-person sessions held from her private practice and, on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, here at Moordown Community Centre. Concessionary rates are available for OAPs, students, and those on low income (please ask about availability).
