🍒Last night the Cherries made history and honestly… we woke up buzzing with ideas🙌

As a Bournemouth based events company, we spend our lives thinking about how to bring people together, create moments people actually remember and put this town on the map. So seeing AFC Bournemouth take Bournemouth onto the European stage feels massive for everyone connected to the town 🙌

The whole of Bournemouth deserves to celebrate properly!

So this morning we threw together a few fun concepts imagining what celebrating Bournemouth style could actually look like now our European dreams have become reality…

🚤 A ‘Next Stop Europe’ flotilla sailing past the pier
🏖️ A beach soccer legends match on the sand
🍻 A seafront AFCB club shop and rooftop bar
🎄 A giant cherry themed Christmas tree takeover
🎤 A packed out celebration in the square

None of this is official. Just local creatives getting excited about what this moment could mean for the town we love 🫶

Because that is what great football moments do. They spill beyond the stadium and become part of the identity of a place.
And if there is one thing Bournemouth knows how to do, it is create atmosphere 🥳

Whatever happens next, this season has already given the town memories that will last forever. Massive respect to everyone at the club for making people dream a little bigger about Bournemouth.

Great to get out on site this week with the team at The Farm 🍏

We headed down on Friday for a full tour as they come on board as our mulled cider supplier for . Proper local produce, great people, and a real passion for what they do - just what our Christmas on the coast is all about 🙌

Big focus for us this year is keeping it local, working with the best Dorset suppliers and bringing that into the market experience.

Good to meet the team, see the process up close, and get a taste of what’s coming this winter🫶

🏖️ started as a pandemic pivot in a car park… and somehow turned into one of the best summers Bournemouth’s had. ☀️

Built from scratch in the middle of all the chaos just trying to make something work. It ended up being everything…
day drinks, late nights, DJs, big screens for the Euros…then we flipped it again for winter same space, completely different feel. 🙌

🚨BREAKING : We’re bringing the UK’s first floating fan zone to Bournemouth 🌊⚽️

Set to travel across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch during the World Cup, this world first concept will be a fully immersive offshore venue, built around a giant outdoor screen on the water.

The floating venue will feature a central standing arena for fans, with floating jetties allowing boats and jet skis to dock up and watch from the sea.

And it won’t just be for match days.

Across the summer, the space will also host sunset cinema club, dance events, live performances, and even a summer afternoon tea experience, with a line up of local street food traders on board too.

No boat? No problem. Passenger transfers are planned to run from Bournemouth Pier, Poole Harbour and Mudeford Quay, making it easy to get out to the venue on event days.

This is set to be one of the boldest event concepts the South Coast has ever seen.

Football on the water. Cinema at sunset. Music at sea.⚽️🌊🎥

✨ The finishing touches are in place for an all new Christmas in Bournemouth featuring Bournemouth Christmas Market, Christmas Tree Wonderland, and SKATE Bournemouth.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing local work teams and traders who have helped bring our dreams to life, and to our good friends at Project 30 for their incredible work throughout the build.

We’d also like to thank Coastal BID and Bournemouth Town Centre BID for coming together to help support this year’s event.

This year marks the first time we have privately funded Christmas Tree Wonderland, as we didn’t want to lose such a special local attraction that brings our festive period to life. It has taken an incredible effort across all of our teams, and we couldn’t be prouder.

We can’t wait to welcome you all tomorrow from 6pm as the festivities begin. 🎄✨
